In just six years working at SanMar, Brian has moved up from part-time in restocking to being a full-time Equipment Operator to now coordinating a team as a High Bay Order Expediter. This journey all began during his 2013-14 school year when his instructor, Katie Fancher placed him on a work rotation at the million plus square foot fulfillment center that would become his future employer. “She motivated me and really made me believe in myself.” His hard work impressed his manager so much that he was offered a job after his rotation was complete.

Brian has saved his earnings from SanMar and is now the proud owner of two pickup trucks in addition to one off road vehicle. He is now part of the SanMar safety committee where he helps to make sure all safety precautions and regulations are being followed
