Grant funds are available to support Project LIFE replication in rural regions of the United States.

Launch Project LIFE
In Your Community

Is your school district or organization in need of a program model proven to build skills in students and young adults with developmental disabilities?

Individuals participating in Project LIFE generally have a diagnosis or a learning limitation that presents a barrier to their goal of gaining and maintaining inclusive, competitive employment in their communities.

Project LIFE gives students:

  • Increased independence
  • Self-determination
  • Social and communication skills
  • Community integration
  • Competitive employment
  • Relevant life skills

What are you waiting for?

Experienced Project LIFE personnel provide face-to-face training and ongoing consultative support. Everything you need to implement and sustain the program at your location is available in an online portal that also gives you direct access to other Project LIFE teams nationwide.

Make a life-transforming investment at a minimal cost

The cost to replicate Project LIFE is less than many single curriculum  packages today. A one-time fee of $20,000.00 provides programming for up to 24 students per year.  This includes access to a Project LIFE consultant, assessments,  job training and site development resources, job skill scoring rubrics, and a variety of free web-based resources. We also gather annual job skill growth and program outcome data for you.  The annual renewal fee is $1,500.00 (billed July 1 each year).
