Project SEARCH is a business-based program that prepares young people with significant disabilities for success in competitive integrated employment.
Utilizing evidence-based practices, the combination of Project LIFE® and Project SEARCH® (developed and licensed through Cincinnati Children’s Hospital) provides a comprehensive, multi-year continuum of transition programming that leads to greater individual growth, independence and competitive employment.
Our mission; Actively partnering with people to access the world. The Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities supports over 4,100 people to live, work, and learn successfully in their community. Supports and services are available life-long through contracts with partner agencies or directly provided by our Board.
